Two full floors are available for guests’ enjoyment. On the ground floor, you’ll find: a dining room for 20 people, an adjacent lounge perfect for relaxing, two kitchens, a full bathroom, and two additional halls that are opened exclusively for events, each with their own restrooms.

On the first floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to a large living room with views of the Lima River and nine bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Each of the nine bedrooms measures approximately 50 m², except for two that are about 25 m² and 15 m² respectively. All are beautifully furnished, feature private bathrooms, and offer exterior views of different areas of the property.

The garden covers roughly 17,000 m², with architectural elements such as a 16th-century fountain in the main façade courtyard, a dovecote, a watchtower, and a moat.

The property also includes a large swimming pool with outdoor furniture and plenty of space to relax in the sun.

We are open to considering any proposal for the use of the property, provided that it is submitted in writing with sufficient notice and receives prior approval. We welcome all kinds of activities or events that respect the character of the estate and its surroundings.

For any approved use, a rental agreement will be signed, clearly specifying the total number of visitors, the planned activities, and the period of use. This ensures that all events are carried out in an organized and respectful manner, preserving both the property and its environment
